Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter and visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking and canoeing needs. Enjoy the sound of the train as it passes through this historic railroad community. Space is available at the front of the house to park a boat. A drive-way is available for additional parking. Cotter Big Spring Park is visible from the backyard.
