Gassville Therapy and Living is a long-term care facility conveniently located near Baxter Regional Medical Center. Our facility is licensed for 105 beds and has a five star rating from Medicare and Medicaid, a designation given to the top 10% of skilled nursing facilities. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care to return the patient home to their former level of independence or a better quality of living.
