Baxter County Sheriff to Speak at Baxter County Historical Society

Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery will be the featured speaker at the Tuesday, April 28th Baxter County Historical Society, 6 pm, at the Donald W. Reynolds Library. Sheriff Montgomery will present a program "How to Spot and Avoid Scammers." The program will include the latest SCAMS, red flag phrases to watch for, and what to do if you think you are being SCAMMED. This is a very timely topic, and the public is invited to attend.
Other areas for discussion include a report on the Spring Open House, restoration work on the Casey House, and upgrades at the Historical Museum.
